Carrie Reif is an accomplished strategic business leader with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. From start-ups to closures, mergers and acquisitions and everything in between, Carrie has led the people strategy in Compliance & Risk Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations and HR Technology & Analytics. She plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategies with HR deliverables to drive growth and foster high-performing cultures.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Carrie is deeply committed to community engagement. As an active member of the Advancing Free Market Healthcare group, she has played a crucial role in transforming healthcare practices in Wisconsin. Her advocacy includes lobbying for pricing transparency in healthcare, contributing to the launch of a direct primary care facility, and educating employees through various speaking engagements. Carrie’s passion for enhancing people’s well-being extends to her leadership roles on the Central Wisconsin Society of Human Resource Management Board (CWSHRM) and her involvement with the National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Recognizing the importance of giving back, Carrie volunteers her time as a Board Member for the Women’s Community and has held board positions with the United Way. She actively participates in multiple committees, driven by a desire to contribute to the community that has enriched her life and that of her family.
Stacy Shedivy has had a diverse and enriching career journey in the US and abroad. Her background as a supply chain consultant with Andersen/Accenture, a marketing lead in her family’s tax software company (Red Moon Solutions), an accounting assistant with Windy city Motorsports Company, a co-founder of North Shore Youth Leadership, coupled with other experiences in various non-profit leadership roles in organizations like the American Women’s Club of Brussels, Service League of Fond du Lac, and Young Professionals of Fond du Lac, has provided her with a robust skill set in strategic planning, project management, team building and leadership development.
Stacy’s dedication to giving back is evident through her involvement in various activities. She currently serves on the board at Sophia Partners, is an active member of Tri Kappa, and has the privilege of coaching young ladies in volleyball.
